Short History about Arsenal Football Club

Arsenal Football Club and also known as Gunners is the biggest football club in the North of London city.

Now Arsenal is playing at the English Premier League and it won a lot cup such as

13 times won in Premier League and First Division Cup

1930-1931, 1932-1933, 1933-1934, 1934-1935, 1937-1938, 1947-1948, 1952-1953, 1970-1971
1988-1989, 1990-1991, 1997-1998, 2001-2002, 2003-2004.

10 times won FA Cup are

1929-1930, 1935-1936, 1949-1950, 1970-1971, 1978-1979, 1992-1993, 1997-1998, 2001-2002, 2002-2003, 2003-2004.

Arsenal is the first club in London that played at final match in UEFA Champions League in 2005-2006.

History

Arsenal was born 1886 that named Royal Arsenal in Woolwich but in 1891 it has new name called Woolwich Arsenal.

In 1893 the club played as professional in the Second League in Enland.

In 1904 the club played at the First League.

In 1932 Woolwich Arsenal change name to Arsenal.

Arsene Wenger (French) is manager of Arsenal, he stayed with club since 1996.
